First-hand experience
Stores from our environment have been running unmanned since 2021: the Mini.Bierladen in Lichtensteig, the Toggenburgshop in Wattwil — now six locations — and since 2025 the Dorla in Gähwil. What works there every day (and what we had to learn) flows directly into the consulting.

- Can the consulting also take place online?
- Yes, we are happy to do the individual consulting via video call. The store tour lives from the on-site experience.
